Popularly known as Dr. V.D. Agarwal, he was born and brought up in Agra. He completed his Master's in Mathematics in 1973 and earned his PhD in Environmental Studies. A multi-faceted personality, he is also a renowned realtor and social worker.
In 1986, he founded Pushpanjali Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (PCPL), beginning with a project at Saket Colony, Agra. Over the years, he built a legacy, completing 104 residential and commercial projects.
