About the Department

Concerning comprehensive care for both mother and baby, Pushpanjali Hospital & Research Centre proudly operates a dedicated Mother & Child Care Department equipped with full-fledged, state-of-the-art facilities. Our maternity ward, located on the 3rd floor, offers round-the-clock services with an annual delivery rate of 350–400, ensuring expert antenatal care supported by advanced Doppler technology for fetal monitoring and admission tests.

The department features a modern labour room on the 5th floor, fully equipped for all delivery types, including instrumental deliveries and emergency support with Boyle’s apparatus. A specialized pediatric resuscitation area with a warmer ensures immediate newborn care, while the nursery on the 4th floor provides guidance and support to new mothers. Anaesthesia services such as epidural and labour analgesia are available to ensure comfort during delivery.

In the field of gynecology, the department has facilities for state-of-the-art endoscopic surgeries. For backup, we have the most sophisticated sonography machines at our disposal and also CT / PET Scans.

In addition, we have the latest Pathology / Microbiology and Haematology along In addition, the Gynecology unit offers advanced endoscopic surgeries with access to the latest imaging technologies, including high-resolution sonography, CT, and PET scans.

Our comprehensive diagnostic support is reinforced by 24/7 Pathology, Microbiology, Haematology, and Biochemistry labs. The Neonatology department, with a fully equipped NICU, provides specialized care for pre-term and newborn babies. Family planning services are also available, all delivered by a highly trained team committed to compassionate and quality care for every mother and child.
